US Shipping OptionsWe offer shipping to all US locations.  Shipments leave our location in upstate New York usually within 2-3 business days of receipt of paid order.   Time in transit varies based on your location.  View the UPS.com Ground Time-in-Transit Map.

Standard Shipping - $6.95 to contiguous 48 US States, $8.95 to Hawaii and Alaska.

You may specify a shipping method at regular rates.  Choose from Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS 3-Day Select.  If you need Next Day shipping, please call us at 315-517-7001 to see if it is still available for that day.

If you are ordering only Spice Labels, 1st Class Mail is your most economical shipping method

If you are ordering only Precut Magnetic Rounds, choose Small Flate Rate Priority Box.

 


U.S. Military Addresses

We offer shipping to all US Military addresses.  Do not choose International Mail Services.   Shipments leave our location in upstate New York usually within 2 business days of receipt of paid order.   High holiday volumes may require more processing time.  Time in transit varies based on your location.  You must choose Standard Shipping or Priority Mail.

Shipping to Locations outside the U.S..

If you do not see your location available as a shipping option, please contact Customer Service at 315.517.7001 or email at contact@custommagneticspicerack.com.  In most cases, we will be able to update our system for your location within 24 hours.

All international shipments are shipped via US Postal Service, either Standard International, Priority International or Flat Rate International Envelope (for Label Only orders).  Most shipments, because of their weight, do not qualify to be shipped Standard International.  If you choose Standard International and your shipment does not qualify, you will see a message indicating that you must choose Priority International.

Address Correction Charge

If the US Post Office returns any package to us because they are unable to deliver any package to the address provided on the order form, or the package has an incorrect or incomplete address (examples include, but are not limited to, P.O. boxes, missing suite, apartment, or unit numbers, old addresses, and missing/incorrect ZIP Codes),  the customer will be responsible for any additional postage to reship the item.  If UPS is unable to deliver any package (for the same reasons listed above), UPS will make reasonable efforts to secure the correct or complete address. If the correct or complete address is secured, UPS will attempt delivery, and the shipper will be provided with the correct address in order to update its internal records. An additional charge, set forth in the UPS Rates applicable to the shipment in effect at the time of shipping, will be assessed to you for an address correction
